By consent, taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

By this Petition, the Petitioners have challenged order dated 5 March 2015 passed by Respondent No.1, refused to grant permission to start the B.Ed College.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Appeal preferred by the Petitioners against order dated 5 1/2

ssm 2 905-wp600.13.sxw March 2013 is pending before Respondent No.2. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that instead of pressing the Petition, the Petitioner would like to prosecute the Appeal preferred before Respondent No.2.

The learned counsel for the Respondents have no objection for disposing of the Petition by directing the Appellate Authority to expedite the Appeal.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent No.2 to expedite the hearing of the Appeal and dispose of the same, as early as possible, within eight weeks from the date of passing of this order.

The Petitioners are permitted to file additional affidavit, documents before the Appellate Authority to substantiate their claim. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly, with liberty. Rule disposed of accordingly.

There shall be no order as to costs.
