This Appeal arise out of award passed by the M.A.C.T., Satara, dated 04/07/2016, directing the Appellants to pay an amount of Rs.19,31,500/ along with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of filing of the claim Petition. 6.
Said award is challenged by this Appeal. Today both the parties have tendered Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Consent Terms are accepted. The Appeal is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms.

In view of the Consent Terms, the Civil Application No.2867/17 for condonation of delay in filing Appeal stands allowed and disposed of. Civil Application No.2868/17 for stay also stands disposed of.
