1] It is noticed that the directions have already been issued while dealing with Writ Petition No.12399 of 2018 presented by the petitioner. The petitioner has presented fresh petition seeking identical relief. Although earlier petition was presented for consideration of the grievance of the petitioner in respect of same subject matter was entertained and orders were passed in that petition, instant petition has been presented. Keeping the option open to the petitioner to avail of the remedy as and when fresh cause accrues to him, instant petition stands disposed of.
