Both the Civil Applications are taken out for bringing the heirs and legal representatives of the sole applicant - Hasmukhlal Ambalal Shah. Hasmukhlal Ambalal Shah died on 03.11.2018 leaving behind applicants No.1(a) to 1(c) as his heirs and legal representatives. The Applications are filed on 14.01.2019, which are in time.

In view thereof and for the reasons set out in the 1/2

CAC53_19.doc Applications, Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) of both the Civil Applications with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out before the next date of hearing and the amended slips shall be made over to the other side during this period. Civil Applications are disposed of.
