906-ia869-24.doc Application. I have heard the counsel appearing for the Applicants. There is no reply filed by the Respondent opposing this Interim Application.

I have gone through the contents of the Interim Application and after hearing the counsel appearing for the Applicants, I am satisfied that a case is made out to allow this Interim Application by condoning the delay of 263 days in filing the Civil revision Application.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 8 February 2024 to continue till further orders of this Court. 6.

Advocate appearing for the Applicants seeks liberty to amend the prayer clause of the Interim Application. Liberty as prayer for to amend the prayer clauses is granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.
