She submits that the petitioner's truck has already been released in terms of the order passed by this Court. Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that in the circumstances the letter dated 8th January 2017 has lost its efficacy. 3] Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed this fact. 4] In the circumstances, with liberty to Tahsildar to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law, we dispose of this petition.
