Pursuant to the order dated 25th January, 2023 passed by this Court, the Investigating Officer has recorded statement of the petitioner on 30th January, 2023.

In response to the Court's query, Investigating Officer through learned APP Smt. M. M. Deshmukh informs that the chargesheet in the matter shall be submitted in any case by 27th February, 2023.

Since the statement is made on instructions, same is accepted.

In case if so desired, it shall be open for the petitioner to appear before the 27th Court, Metropolitan Magistrate with whom the respondent Police Station is attached for recording statement under Section 164 of the CrPC. In view of above, nothing survives in the petition.
