This Application is filed for deleting Appellant No.6A1 from the cause title of the First Appeal as well as Civil Applications. It is submitted that Appellant No.6A1 is wrongly typed as Rupesh NarsiKharva, in fact, his name is Rupesh Jesalkharva and is shown as Appellant No.6C2. In the clause title in Respondent No.2, instead of "Mestri Gulab Kharva" it should be replaced by "Masri Gulab Kharva". So also name of Respondent No.2/1 "Sunita Mestrikharva @ Sunita Manoj Solankhi" be corrected by "Sunita Masri Kharva @ Manoj Shiv

2/2 34.caf145.20.doc Solanki" and Respondent No.2/2, the name "Sarala Mestrikharva @ Sarala Jayesh Karaliya" be replaced by "Sarla Masrikharva @ Sarla Jayesh Katelia".
