The Applicant had earlier approached this court for her release on bail vide Criminal Bail Application No. 2455 of 2017 which was rejected by this court (Coram: A. M. Badar, J.) vide order dated 12/01/2018 .

I have heard Shri. Aniket Vagal, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri. Ajay Patil, learned APP for the State. 3.

After perusal of record and after hearing arguments, I see no reason to take a different view from the view taken in the earlier order. Therefore, without adding anything further, learned Gokhale

The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such. However, the applicant is a lady and she is in custody since 17/09/2015, therefore, the trial is expedited.
