The civil application seeks recall of self operative rejection orders passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II), dismissing Second Appeal St. No.14379 of 2016 and Civil Application St.No.30342 of 2016, dated 22 September 2016 and 8 December 2016, respectively, for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed in terms prayer clauses (b) and (c). The second appeal and civil application are stored to file. The Applicant/Appellant shall remove all office objections within three weeks from today, failing which, the second appeal and the civil application, shall stand rejected under Rule 5 of Chapter 5 of the Bombay High Court, Appellate Side Rules, without reference to this Court. The civil application is disposed of accordingly.
