The grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision Petition filed in the year 2010 is not heard by respondent No. 2 till date. Learned AGP states that the same shall be heard by respondent No. 2 - Authorized Chief Settlement Commissioner within a period of ten weeks from the date of this order.

The parties shall appear before respondent No. 2 - Authorized Chief Settlement Commissioner on 28.8.2019 at 12.00 noon.
