This application seeks leave to serve one Mr. H. M. Shah by substituted service by publishing the Notice in the Newspapers in English and Regional language at the last known address. The applicant's are unaware of the last known address of the workmen concerned since only respondent in this petition is the union. It is stated that the union is also unaware of his whereabouts. However application is bereft of any particulars.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application and liberty to file fresh application after ascertaining last known address. Civil application allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. (A.K. MENON, J.)
