Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The present Writ Petition is filed against the interlocutory order, as no stay is granted pending the Application. The Petitioner moved this Court. On 3 December 2007, while admitting the Petition, this Court refused to grant interim relief.

Therefore, taking overall view of the matter and the above stated facts itself, I am inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps, if the cause of action still survives for the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, with no order as to costs.

Rule is disposed of accordingly.
