A limited relief prayed for in this petition is for direction to the learned 47th Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Esplanade, Mumbai to adjudicate Misc.Application at Exhibit 'A' to the petition filed for cancelling the bail granted to accused - Mr. Naresh Shamrao Chawarkar and Mr. Shaunak Rameshchandra Satpute on 06/10/2016 in C.R. No. 47/2017 for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 120(b) of Indian Penal Code and for the consequential reliefs, on the grounds mentioned in the application. The application was filed in the year 2018. Learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the application is not yet decided.

Considering that the application was made on 24/01/2018, the trial Court is requested to decide the said application as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law on its own merits.
