The Petitioner has impugned communication/order dated 20 September 2021, issued by the Resettlement Officer, rejecting the Application of the Petitioner on the ground that there is shortfall in the RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER supply of requisite documents. The learned counsel for the Petitioner RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date: 2022.09.21 12:47:47 +0530 asserts that all documents specified in the order were already given. According to us, it would meet ends of justice if the impugned order is Rajeshri Aher

2/2 34 wp 5595 of 2020.doc set aside and Application of the Petitioner dated 13 August 2021 and annexures thereto and the present Petition is also considered as an additional representation and that the Respondent-Resettlement officer to take decision thereupon. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 20 September 2021, is quashed and set aside. The Respondent No.1, will treat the Petition and its annexures, as supplementary representation to the main representation dated 13 August, 2021, and, take decision as per law. The Petitioner will furnish copy of the Petition with annexures to Respondent no.1 within a period of three weeks. Thereafter, Respondent No.1, will take decision within a period of eight weeks, subject to earlier time bound commitments and other pressing public duties.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, J.
