Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the proposed legal representatives. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2A states that there are other legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.2 and a list of the said legal representatives has been furnished to the advocate for the applicants. He states that he has authority to represent all the legal representatives including the respondent no.2(a).

In addition to brining the name of respondent no.2(a) on record, we permit the applicants to bring on record the other legal representatives of the respondent no.2. The learned counsel who represents respondent nos. 1, 3, 4(a) to 4(e) in Writ Petition No.9845 of 2015, takes notice of all the legal representatives of the respondent no.2.
