Heard. Learned APP submits that in three cases against the Petitioner charge sheets are filed, and in seven more cases, `C' summary report is filed by Crime Branch. Learned APP states that there was no stay on the investigation.

In view of the statement made, we observe that the Petitioner may resort to appropriate remedy in respect of seven matters in which `C' summary is filed. In respect of other pending cases, in case Petitioner has any grievance, he is entitled to file a comprehensive representation to the Senior Police Officer who would look into the grievance of the Petitioner.

With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
