The parties have produced Consent Terms dated 28.07.2022 on record which are signed by the parties as well as their Advocates. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 25 IA 4199-21.doc contents which are explained to her in vernacular. The learned counsel for the Petitioner also admits the correctness of the contents on behalf of the Petitioner.

In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of in view of the Consent Terms dated 28.07.2022. Out of the total amount deposited before this Court, Rs.11,93,569/- shall be paid to the Respondent Gangubai Puranik on proper identification, in full and final settlement of all the claims. The balance amount along with interest, if any, shall be paid to the petitioner. 3.

In such circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs. 4.

The interim application stands disposed of.
