Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he received instruction from his client to withdraw all these Writ Petitions in view of alternate and efficacious remedy available to them. He submits that they already filed the dispute under section 91 of he the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted.
All the Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
Co-operative Court to decide the dispute according to law on its own merits without being influenced by the fact that the Petitioner has filed the present petition before this court. All contentions of both the parties are kept open. No order as to costs.
Interim protection granted by this court to continue till 31.10.2018.

In view thereof, all the Civil Application Nos.686 of 2018, 687 of 2018 and 688 of 2018 do not survive. The same stand disposed of as infructuous.
