This Application is filed for recall of order passed by this Court dated 20.12.2005. The conditional order was passed setting aside order of the Additional Registrar dated 15.02.2002. Liberty was granted to the Appellant to remove objections within six weeks with that the Application was disposed of. However, in spite of this, no steps were taken and no delay condonation application was filed. This Application was filed in 2009 and till now no steps are taken to get order on this Application. There is also delay of 2 years and 223 days caused in filing this Application.

Considering all these reasons, no case is made out to allow Application.

The Application therefore stands dismissed.
