By consent, following order is passed:

" (i) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks three months time to comply with the order dated 19 November 2019 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai in Revision No. 512 of 2018. Time as sought is granted.

(ii) The order striking off the defense of the petitioner passed by the trial Court for noncompliance of the above order is hereby set aside." 2.
