2. We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP.

3. The Education Officer has to decide the proposal, one way or the other. He cannot say that, he cannot decide the NEETA SHAILESH SAWANT Date: 2022.06.24 15:38:18 +0530 proposal.

4. In light of that, we direct the Education Officer (Secondary) to take final decision on the proposal seeking approval as Lab Assistant on its own merits in accordance with law and policy. The same be decided preferably within four weeks.
