..Petitioners v/s.

The State of Maharashtra .

..Respondents Mr. R.S.Datar for the Petitioner.

Mr.J.P.Yagnik, APP for the Respondent/State.

CORAM : RANJIT MORE & SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI,JJ.

DATED : AUGUST 10, 2015.

P.C.

1.

Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties and having gone through the prayers , we are of the opinion that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy to seek redressal of his grievance. We are therefore not inclined to entertain this petition. Petition is dismissed.

2.

Needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to the alternate efficacious remedy as may be permissible and for that purpose, can rely upon Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 in case there is any delay in taking out such proceeding.
