P.C.:- This is an Application for modification of condition No. 7(ii) imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 20th June 2017 passed by this Court. By the said condition, the Applicant is directed to report to Gorai Police Station, Mumbai once in a week on every Saturday between 11.00 am to 1.00 p.m. till further orders.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, since the date of release from his jail the Applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition and till date has not committed 1/2

ssm 2 28-appp58.18.sxw breach of it. He further submitted that, the said case has already been committed to the Court of Sessions and charge has also been framed and therefore, he prayed that the said condition may be suitably modified.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, the said condition is hereby modified and the Applicant is directed to hereinafter report to Gorai Police Station once in a month i.e. on every first Saturday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial.
