In Crime No. 219/2018 registered with Jaysingpur Police Station, Dist. Kolhapur for offence punishable under Sections 307, 395, 397, 120-B 195-A, 342, 323, 427, 504 and 505 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail. Upon perusal of F.I.R. and other documents, prima facie it appears that the victim i.e. complainant has suffered simple injuries. There is no specific role attributed to the applicant of active

2 24.118.19 aba.doc participation in the crime in question but for the threats issued. That being so, application for grant of pre-arrest bail is made out. Hence, following order:

(A) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 219/2018 registered with Jaysingpur Police Station, Dist. Kolhapur, applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer on 08/02/2019, 11/02/2019 and 13/02/2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed. (D) Applicant shall co-operate with the investigating agency.

Application stands disposed of.
