DATE: SEPTEMBER 20, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Learned APP on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that considering the role attributed to each of the Applicants in commission of the crime in question and having regard to the fact that each of the Applicants has cooperated in the investigation, their custody is not required. Statement is accepted. 2] As such, all these Applications stand disposed of by confirming the ad-interim protection.
3] Applicants in the event of their arrest in C.R. No. 687 of 2021 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474, 511 of the Indian Penal Code be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond of Rs 15000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicants shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
