The Petitioner has challenged the tender/ order of the respondents, based upon a meeting held. The Petition was filed on 17th January, 2014. There is no interim relief granted by this court. The matter is listed today for admission. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents rightly submitted that the matter has become infructuous, as based upon the tender notice/order, the contract was awarded in the year 2013 itself.
The Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
