Mr.Merchant, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner-husband and respondent No.1-wife have settled the matter amicably and as per their instructions, Minutes of order dated 18th February 2021 have been drawn. He tendered across the bar Minutes of Order dated 18th February 2021. The said Minutes of Order are accompanied with a Special Power of Attorney executed by the petitioner in favour of his sister namely Mrs.Vandana Nayar. The Minutes 1/2

4crwp383.doc of Order are signed by Mrs.Vandana Nayar, Constituted Attorney of the petitioner and respondent No.1. Their signatures have been duly identified by their respective Advocates. The said Minutes of Order along with the said Special Power of Attorney are taken on record and marked `X' and `X-1' respectively for identification. The undertakings and/or liabilities mentioned in clauses of the Minutes of the Order are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

In furtherance of the paragraph 5 of of the Minutes of Order, today Mr.Merchant handed over to the learned counsel for respondent No.1 a demand draft for a sum of Rs.2,75,000,00/- (Rupees Two crores seventy five lakh only) drawn in favour of respondent No.1. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 acknowledges the same. Petition is disposed of in terms of Minutes of Order dated 18th February 2021.

In view of the fact that, the parties herein have settled the matter amicably, the learned Judge of the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai seized of Petition No.A-1247 of 2019 is requested to take into consideration the Minutes of Order and dispose of the said petition as expeditiously as possible.
