Request is made by the Learned Counsel for early hearing of the petition by way of the civil application. Learned Counsel pray for circulation of the application, which is filed for early hearing of the petition. Perusal of the application show that the petition was filed in the year 2006 challenging the order passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal. The appeal was filed against the oral termination. The ground raised in application for early hearing is that the petition is admitted and the applicant, whose services are terminated is facing financial hardship. Except this ground, no other ground is raised for out of turn hearing to the present petition. It is also not the Aarti Palkar Pg 1 of
CAW.201.09 case of the petitioner that the petitioner is advanced age or can be treated as a Senior Citizen for giving the early date of hearing in case of the petitioner. The other petitions filed earlier to the petition by the petitioner are waiting for their turn. No ground is made out for early hearing of the petition for out of turn hearing of the petition. Thus, the application is rejected. The petitioner is at liberty to revive his request after 12 weeks.
