The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, and in view of the subsequent development and the decisions so given by the Hon'ble the Supreme Court and the other High Courts in the mining lease matters, seeks to withdraw the 2/3
ssm 3 present Writ Petitions, with liberty to move before the appropriate forum/Court.
In view of above, all these Writ Petitions are disposed of, as withdrawn with liberty. There shall be no order as to costs. In view of the disposal of the Writ Petitions, nothing survive in the Civil Applications and the same are also disposed of. No costs.
