This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No. 605 of 2020 registered with L. T. Marg Police Station for the ofences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC" for short).

Aher the false documents were prepared for getting employment to the son of the applicant. The applicant used to collect the information

rpa 2/3 31 aba 164 2021.doc and utilise the same. It appears that one agent is also involved in this crime. He was arrested and he has been granted bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on account of disability applicant is discontinued from employment. It appears that forged documents are in the possession of the investigating agency.

The son of the applicant is arrested during the course of investigation. The applicant has been suspended from her employment. Applicant was directed to attend the investigating oficer vide interim order dated 22nd January, 2021. It is also noted that applicant is the disabled person, and, hence, she may not be subjected to custodial interrogation.

Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.164 of 2021, is allowed;

(ii) Interim order dated 22nd January, 2021, is confrmed; (iii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R. No. 605 of 2020 registered with L. T. Marg

(iv) Anticipatory Bail Application No.164 of 2021, stands disposed of accordingly.
