This Writ Petition is filed for a limited prayer that the directions be issued to the Court of Sessions at Pune to decide Criminal Bail Application No. 3171 of 2018, pending on the file of learned District Judge-2, Pune, expeditiously. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Criminal Bail Application no. 3171 of 2018 is pending before the Sessions Court, Pune for last 5 months and hence prays that the said Bail Application be decided expeditiously by the Sessions Court. 3.

In view of this, the following order is passed: "(i) Criminal Bail Application No. 3171 of 2018 shall be
