P.C.:- 1) Mr. Surve, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 submitted that, in furtherance of Order dated 17th January, 2024, the Respondent No.4 has handed over the custody of the child namely Ms. Navya to the Petitioner on 17th January, 2024 at 7.00 O'Clock in the evening.
2) Learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that, though some of the belongings and articles of child namely Ms. Navya were handed over to the Petitioner, some of the belongings and articles were retained by Respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

ssm 4-wp113.24.doc 3) Mr. Surve, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 submitted that, all the remaining belongings and articles of child namely Ms. Navya have been handed over to the Petitioner today i.e. on 18th January, 2024 at 3.00 p.m. at the residence of Respondent No.4 at Boriwali. 4) Mr. Kanchan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner admitted the said fact.
5) As far as the visitation rights of child namely Ms. Navya, to the Respondent No. 4 is concerned, Respondent No.4 is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the Family Court or in the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction as may be permissible under the law, in that behalf. 6) In view of the above, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
