Petitioner seeks quashing of charge sheet arisen out of FIR bearing No.132 of 2007 registered by respondent no.1 Inspector of Shivaji Park Police Station. From the record, we find that the case relates to the year 2007. Learned APP submits that charge has not been framed so far. In the facts, we observe that petitioner may resort to alternate remedy, as may be available in law under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
