This Interim Application is taken out to bring on record heirs of sole Applicant who passed away on 13th September 2020. The sole applicant passed away on 13th September 2020 and the application is filed on 11th January 2022.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 to 28th February 2022. Therefore, there is no delay in filing the application. Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed.
