None appeared for the petitioner in the morning session. The matter was kept in afternoon session. In the afternoon session also none appears for the petitioner. The prayer clause (b) of the petition reads thus :
"(b) This Honourable Court by way of appropriate writ of quo warranto or any other appropriate writ, in that nature be please to direct the Respondent no. 3 the Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, Nashik to explain as to under what powers he has entertained the R.T.S. appeal no. 334 of 2011."

The order passed by the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) is also challenged in this petition. There are remedies available under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1/2
14-wp-6326.2014 1966 to challenge the order passed by the learned Deputy Collector. The concerned Authority dealing with the appeal or revision can always go into the question of jurisdiction of the learned Deputy Collector to entertain the appeal. 3.
