In view of the fact that a remedy by way of second Revision is available before the State Government against the impugned order, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to avail of the said remedy. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to state that this Court has not dealt with the contentions of the parties and it is before the concerned authority of the State Government that they can be urged and it is for the authority to consider the same.
