Both these petitions were adjourned on 14th August, 2017 at the request of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to seek instructions as to whether the petition still survive. On 21st August, 2017, the learned Counsel for the petitioner again sought a short adjournment to seek instructions from his client.
