Both these petitions were adjourned on 14th August, 2017 at the request of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to seek instructions as to whether the petition still survive. On 21st August, 2017, the learned Counsel for the petitioner again sought a short adjournment to seek instructions from his client. It was specifically directed that these petitions will come under the caption "For Dismissal".

Today when the matter is called out, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petitions.
