The Civil Application is taken out for amendment to the Petition. Learned Counsel for the Applicants/Petitioners states that the Petitioners want to bring subsequent events on record.

The Petition has so far not been admitted. Leaving all contentions of the Respondents open, we permit the Petitioners to amend the Petition as per Schedule annexed, except the portion marked in red brackets in para 10(a) of the Schedule.
