Husband and in-laws of Respondent No.2 have filed present Petition for quashing of Chargesheet No. 6602222/PW/2022 pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate 66th Court, Andheri, Mumbai arising out of C.R.No. 82 of 2022 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of I.P.C., with the consent of Respondent No.2. 2.

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 tendered across the bar her Affidavit dated 13.07.2023 duly affirmed before a Notary Public. It is stated therein that, the Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2 have filed Consent Terms dated 15.11.2022 in M.J. 1/2

SSK 11-wp-1194-23.doc Petition No. 302 of 2020 at Kalyan. That, the Respondent No.2 has given her consent to quash the present Chargesheet. Respondent No.2 is personally present in Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 13.07.2023 and her 'no objection' for quashing of the crime in question.

In view of the above, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).
