Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the trial has commenced and two witnesses have been examined by the trial court. Although the list of witnesses refers to 23 witnesses. The prosecution proposes to examine 12 to 13 witnesses. The next date in trial court is 20th March, 2020.

Since the trial has already commenced, the trial court shall make an endeavor to conclude the trial within a period of three months.

If the trial is not concluded within three months, the Applicant will be at liberty to prefer fresh application for bail. 4.
