FIR under section 354, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code is sought to be quashed jointly by petitioners nos.1 and 2 and respondent no.2.

Respondent no.2-complainant is sister of petitioner no.1 and sister-in-law of petitioner no.2.

Respondent no.2 has tendered an affidavit in Court stating therein that she has no objection to quash C.R.No.29/2018. Orally also she has communicated her desire to Court.
