Present Petition is for the lodgment of crime on the basis of complaint filed by Petitioner against certain accused persons. Petitioner is having substantive alternate remedy and without availing such remedy, Petitioner has directly approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

In view thereof, the learned Advocate for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate remedy as contemplated under the Criminal Procedure Code. Leave and liberty granted.
