1] The prisoner in Yerwada Central Prison seeks expeditious disposal of his trial pending in Pune Court and also his transfer to Aurangabad Prison.

2] Learned APP submits that the sessions trial under section 302 of I.P.C. is in relation to Crime No.109 of 2015 and the Sessions Court had examined about 4 witnesses. He further states that the transfer to Aurangabad may result in further delaying the trial.

3] All details are not given in the letter sent by the prisoner.
