This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. The applicant is apprehending arrest in CR No.001 of 2016 registered with Civil Line Police Station, Kaithal, State of Haryana for the offences punishable under Section 295A of IPC. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that a period of 10 days may be granted to the applicant to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Haryana, wherein the F.I.R. No.001/2016 is lodged. In view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow this application.

aba.69-2016 Hence, the following order:- (i) In the event of arrest of the applicant by the Maharashtra Police and/or the Police from Civil Line Station, Kaithal, State of Haryana, he shall be released on bail in CR No.001/2016 registered with Civil Line Police Station, Kaithal, State of Haryana, on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. (ii) This pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant for the specific purpose of approaching the concerned Court in the State of Haryana for a limited period of 10 days and/or till he approaches the Court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Haryana, whichever is earlier. (iii) All the concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. (iv) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI,J.)
