. Nobody for the petitioner. With the help of learned APP we have perused papers. Prayer in this petition is to quash and set aside FIR dated 25/10/2015 under sections 279, 304 A, 337, 338 and 427 of IPC. Petitioner has attempted to demonstrate that his trailer could not have been at the site of accident. Such exercise needs to be undertaken before Trial Court.

After filing of present challenge before this Court on 11/1/2016 this Court has not passed any order till date. 3.

We therefore keep all contentions of the petitioner open and give him liberty to raise suitable defence before Trial Court and dispose of the present petition.
