Heard Mr. Pandian, learned Counsel for applicant and Mr. Sonawane, learned Counsel for respondents. 2.

This is an application for recalling the conditional order dated 17.11.2011 passed by the Registrar (Judl.II). By that order, applicant was given 2 weeks time to pay Bhatta charges, failing which, C.R.A. was to stand dismissed for non-prosecution.

Mr. Pandian assures that after restoration of the C.R.A., he will pay Bhatta charges within 2 weeks from today. 4.

In view of the assurance and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. C.R.A. is restored to the file of this Court. Bhatta charges shall be paid within 2 weeks from today. Order accordingly.
