This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. The applicant is apprehending arrest in CR No.283 of 2015 registered with Kotwali Faridkot Police Station, District-Faridkot, State of Haryana for the offences punishable under Sections 295A, 153A, 298, 120(B) of IPC. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that a period of 10 days may be granted to the applicant to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction at Faridkot, wherein the F.I.R. No.283/2015 is lodged. In view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow this application.
aba.70-2016 Hence, the following order:- (i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in CR No.283/2015 registered with Kotwali Faridkot Police Station, District-Faridkot by the Maharashtra Police and/or the Police from Kotwali Faridkot Police Station, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. (ii) This pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant for the specific purpose of approaching the concerned Court at Faridkot, State of Haryana for a limited period of 10 days and/or till he approaches the Court of competent jurisdiction at Faridkot, whichever is earlier. (iii) All the concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. (iv) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI,J.)
