The above Writ Petition has been filed for quashing of the proceeding being MCOCA case No. 17 of 2017 originally registered as FIR No.38 of 2017 with the Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Pune. The Learned APP Mrs. Shinde draws our attention to the order dated 10-7-2017 passed in Criminal Application No.530 of 2017. The said Application was filed by the Petitioners herein for the self same relief as in the present Writ Petition and the said Application was permitted to be withdrawn pursuant to the permission sought by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners. In view of the withdrawal of the said Application, the instant Writ Petition filed for the self same relief is not maintainable. The above Petition is accordingly dismissed as Meera Mahesh Jadhav not maintainable.
