The applicant was arrested on November 23, 2018 and also charge-sheeted.

4.

There are no antecedents against the applicant. Considering the maximum punishment provided in the sections with which the applicant is charged, the fact that the co-accused i.e. brother of the applicant is already ordered to be released on bail, in my opinion, a case for grant of bail is made out i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No.I-6/2017 for offence punishable under sections 384, 385 read 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Nhava Sheva police station, Raigad upon furnishing P.R.bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; ii) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

iii) The application stands disposed of accordingly; iv) In view of the disposal of the main application, the criminal application also stands disposed of.
